Shipping policy

Our packages are shipped via Canada Post, and everything will be shipped within four business days of your order. You will receive your tracking information via email once your order has been placed in the mail. Once received by Canada Post, Cold Mountain Spa is no longer responsible for the package or its contents, and as such is not liable for items that are lost, damaged or stolen.
